• In order to hold a slot for yourself you must place 50% of the total as a non-refundable down payment that will be for holding your space in line/ordering materials for your commission.
• Once it is your turn in line, your commission will start! However, if you have not fully paid off your commission by this point, work will begin on the next paid-off suit until you can pay it off. You have 6 months to pay off a commission after your turn has arrived before your slot is forfeited and materials are used elsewhere (unless communicated elsewise). PLEASE be sure you are fully prepared to pay for a fursuit! These items are a luxury product, not a necessity. IF the queue is going fast enough, your commission MAY be started before fully paid at the discretion of Silver Studios, and the cancelation/refund policy still applies. 
• You may cancel your slot at any time, but always keep in mind your down payment is non-refundable. If you have made extra payments in segments before the start of your commission, then those are able to be refunded. If your commission is started/it is your turn in line, work has already begun and it is up to the discretion of Silver Studios to determine how much refund can be made based on hours spent/percentage done on the commission by that point.
• Shipping must be paid once your commission is complete, before it is sent to you! Please budget for shipping, and if you need a shipping estimate please say so at the time of quoting.
• Quotes (at this time) are always open, and once you have received a quote it is good for 30 days before you must ask for another quote. Price changes are rare but feasible!
• Keep an eye out for WIPs/messages/questions! We are very communication-oriented and are determined to get your commission right!
• There are no returns. If something is wrong with the suit upon arrival, please contact us and we will determine whether the buyer needs to pay the shipping to return it for changes or if it is our responsibility to have the suit returned to us.
• Warranty: Fixes can be made to the suit (popped seams, etc.).for up to 1 year after arrival, but buyer must pay shipping expenses. If a fix is large and due to an outside cause, fees may apply to make changes.
• YOU MUST PROVIDE A DUCT TAPE DUMMY FOR BODYSUITS. BE PREPARED FOR THIS.
• If WIPs are sent and approved of and the buyer decides to make changes later, this will be quoted separately as a fee. Please make sure you are happy with WIPs before approving the next steps.
• I do not do sworn deadlines.  I will try to meet one if possible, but no promises.
